Islamiyat

A gentle, structured programme that helps young children understand their faith through belief, stories of the Prophets, and everyday Islamic manners.

Belief (Aqeedah)

Belief

Knowing Allah with Love

Children begin their journey by learning about Allah in a way that feels safe, warm, and reassuring. Instead of abstract theology, they discover Allah through the world around them — the sky, the rain, the kindness of those who care for them.

Sessions gently introduce core beliefs — that Allah is One, that He is the Most Merciful, and that He created everything with purpose. Children learn to recognise Allah's blessings in their daily lives and to say Alhamdulillah with genuine feeling.

What this module covers

  • Who is Allah and why we love Him
  • Allah as Creator — the world around us
  • The meaning of Tawheed in simple terms
  • Recognising and being grateful for blessings
  • Feeling safe and loved by Allah

Divine Messengership (Prophethood)

Prophethood

Stories That Teach Values

Through gentle storytelling, children are introduced to the Prophets — peace be upon them all. Each story is chosen for the values it carries: patience, trust in Allah, honesty, kindness, and courage.

Rather than memorising dates or names, children experience these stories as meaningful narratives. They learn to see the Prophets as role models whose choices and character are worth following.

What this module covers

  • The story of Prophet Adam (AS) — the first human
  • Prophet Nuh (AS) — patience and trust in Allah
  • Prophet Ibrahim (AS) — courage and devotion
  • Prophet Musa (AS) — standing for what is right
  • Prophet Muhammad (SAW) — mercy, kindness, and character

Living Faith at Home

Faith is not just something children learn about — it is something they practise. This module helps children build daily habits rooted in Islamic values: saying Bismillah before eating, greeting others with Salaam, being kind to siblings, and showing respect to elders.

These are not presented as rules to follow but as natural, beautiful ways of living. Children begin to internalise good character without pressure, making it part of who they are.

What this module covers

  • Saying Bismillah, Alhamdulillah, and In Sha Allah
  • Greeting with Salaam and being kind to others
  • Manners of eating, sleeping, and entering the home
  • Sharing, patience, and gratitude in everyday life
  • Caring for family, neighbours, and the environment

What Your Child Will Achieve

By the end of the Islamiyat programme, your child will have built a meaningful connection with their faith — not through memorisation alone, but through understanding, feeling, and practice.

  • Speak about Allah with love and confidence
  • Retell stories of the Prophets and their lessons
  • Practice daily Islamic manners naturally at home
  • Understand core beliefs in simple, age-appropriate terms
  • Develop a sense of gratitude, kindness, and moral awareness

How We Teach Islamiyat

Gentle and age-appropriate

Every lesson is paced to match how young children naturally learn — through stories, repetition, and calm interaction. There is no rush, no pressure, and no testing. Understanding grows at each child's own speed.

Teacher-guided, parent-supported

Sessions are led by trained teachers who bring warmth and patience to every class. Parents are kept informed of what their child is learning so they can reinforce it naturally at home.

Faith through feeling, not just facts

Our goal is not to fill a child's mind with information, but to nurture a heart that loves Allah, respects the Prophets, and finds joy in good character. That is the foundation we build.

Give your child a strong, loving foundation in faith — guided by patience and built on understanding.
